Velvet Underground – Sterling Morrison Owned Screen Test Album
Velvet Underground guitarist Sterling Morrison’s personal copy of the bootleg album “Screen Test.” This is a particularly sought after Velvets bootleg as it features cover artwork by Andy Warhol. The late, great Morrison famously collected Velvets memorabilia and records, and this was part of his collection. It’s in NM/EX condition, with full shrink wrap and original price tags. Included is a signed letter of provenance from Sterling Morrison’s widow, Martha Morrision, stating in part ‘This album is one of the items Sterling kept for his archive;it has been in my collection until recently selling it to Jeff Gold of Recordmecca.” A great opportunity to own a Velvet Underground album from the personal collection of one of the band’s co-founders.
