A barely played mono 1966 first pressing of Muddy Waters’ underrated classic album Muddy, Brass & The Blues on Chess.

The NM/EX+ disc shows no signs of having been played, with no spindle marks on either label; there are some inaudible pressing marks on one side, however the album plays perfectly throughout.  The cover is in Near Mint condition, with a barely noticeable small, perfectly round cut-out hole in the top left corner.  On the back cover in the top left corner is a record store price notation in pencil, reading “1.77 MONO”; this is easily erased, but we think it adds to the charm.

A very clean copy of a great Chess blues album.
