A copy of the West Coast Pop Are Experimental Band’s Volume II, signed and inscribed on the back cover by the controversial and reclusive group leader Bob Markley.

We obtained this from a former girlfriend of Markley, for whom he wrote ‘Vicki-Here are some songs about you, Bob,’ adding ‘x’ marks on either side of the song titles ‘Buddha’ and ‘Delicate Fawn.’ It appears that Markley signed an extra back cover slick, which was then glued over the same artwork on the back of the album cover–there are two vertical machine folds on the slick, and along the top edge a bit of writing and some coloring to the Reprise logo is barely visible.  Vickie has signed her name to the disc’s Side 1 label.  Both cover and disc are in Very Good condition.

We have never seen a West Coast Pop Are Experimental Band album signed by any group member, nor seen anything signed by Markley offered for sale.  An exceptional WCPAEB collectible.
