A first edition of Graham Nash’s stunning 2004 photography book Eye to Eye, in which he has handwritten the lyrics to his Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young classic “Our House,” signing them “Graham Nash April, 2010”.

On the book’s black front endpaper, Nash has carefully written out the lyrics to one of his most famous songs in gold paint pen, to stunning effect. Wikipedia notes “Our House,” from CSNY’s album Déjà Vu, is  “an ode to countercultural domestic bliss, written while Nash was living with Joni Mitchell… in her house in Laurel Canyon after they had gone out for breakfast and had bought an inexpensive vase…Nash wrote the song in an hour, on Mitchell’s piano.”

The book is in virtually mint condition, with an unobtrusive black marker dot visible on the bottom edge, and scuffing to the dust jacket.
